Stork Eating An Eel

This morning, James and I were having coffee on the back deck when the Wood Stork flew in to do some fishing.  He was only at the pond a short time when he caught something and ran up out of the pond with it.  It appeared to be a snake, but we are not sure if it was a snake or an eel.  It was most likely an eel.  Perhaps you can tell.  Here's the video of the event:

Let us know if you can tell if it is an eel or a snake.  We rarely see snakes around here, which is why we think it is probably an eel.
