Another one of our favorites, this fabulous bamboo features yellow striations on long internodes.  It is a tight clumper with erect growth and is branchless on the lower part of the culms.   Not often seen, it is just beginning to gain in popularity. It has also been classified as G. verticillata and G. pseudoarundinacea Maxima.
